I have an idea. Let's add a damage system. The damage system is a function where the cars that crash multiple times can be out of the race, making traffic smaller. That works like this: In the OSD, you have a bar where the damage percentage that is on your car is indicated. When you hit a wall or an opponent, the car will be damaged, and then it will decrease the perfomance, until the 50% at maximum damage, where you can lose aerodynamic, speed, acceleration... If the car is fully damaged, the racer will be out of the race. But if you have a lot, is not gone. You can repair it in the boxes, and it is fixed at a speed of 7%/s, adding a maximum of a little more than 14s. When a car is gone at the track, it can be towed with cranes that should be place in the tracks. The car will be towed at a speed of 20km/h into a crane, and the sector will be yellow-flagged until it is fully towed. Cranes should have infinite range, and the car will be towed to the nearest one. But if there are a lot of cars close or the car is in the middle of the track, there should be a Safety Car. It goes at a speed of 150km/h, and cars are allowed to reach only 200km/h (automatically). When a car overtakes or touches the safety car, it will be black-flagged and obligated to go into boxes, like when you exceed speed at the stops. But if the car has been hit by another car, the second car will be the sanctioned one. The safety car is on the boxes, and when there is danger, it spawns at pit exit. When the car has been fully towed and the track is clear, it will enter on that lap. When it is there, it will enter into the box and it will disappear. Damage can be activated in the race menu, behind meteorology. It can be activated at a grade that when you crash you lose a very little part or a huge part, depending on how much do you indicated the bar (like if in the meteorology the highest rate the most rainy, in that option the highest the most intense). There can be an specific valour that means "realism", for example, the 50%. And safety cars and the probability of the tows are activated at "simulation". So, this is my idea, hope you like it.
