Notes about the creation of circuits

The game includes a track editor to make your own tracks. Once the circuit is made, send it to circuitos@miniracingonline.com. If you make a good job, the track will be uploaded to the web, when everybody will download it. Some aspects must be taken into account to properly create a track:

• The track will not have shortcuts acroos the grass, sand…. Then, walls must be used to separate trace zones.
• The trace width will be enough for 4 cars to run in parallel.
• Bends must be delimited by walls, sand, trees...in the inside in such way, shortcuts will not be possible.
• If boxes are placed in the finish line, that finishing line must also be drawn inside the pitlane, so lap counting will also work for every car passing through boxes.
• Three important lines must be drawn in the track with the editor: finish line and two partial lines. When a car gets out the boxes, the first line to be crossed by every car must be the finish line, or the car will be disqualified. Put partial lines after the finish line.
• When drawing finish and partial lines, they must be drawn from part to part of the track, so the car has no choice of tracing that part of the track without tread the lines.
• Images must be less than 8192 x 4096 pixels lenght. Nevertheless we recomend no more than 6000 x 3000 pixels.
