time trial mode can't upload time record

MRO player from Hong Kong, everytime i played time trial mode and wanna upload time to server,
everytime pop up the below message,

the time server didn't answer.
try later.

how can it fix?

i just played on the 1.12 version with f1-2020.

ok now i know time only can upload on 1.13 version, i will just keep on playing the beta version.
