How to add and where to get graphics (grass bushes buildings, etc) and the distribution of drs and time measurements. I have the outline of the track and back. : P

To get official info about the track (DRS zone, flags and stewards positions) you can go on the FIA website:
FIA SOCHI, where you can download *.pdf file of the circuit.

At this moment, the map is incomplete, meaning the track was never used, and it may be not ready for F1.

I suggest we move the subject to the "desarrolladores" section: Dasarrolladores - circuits

There is a tutorial for building tracks: Tutorial en Castellano

I'm ready to help you a bit, I'm a skilled user of GIMP and Inskape.

I think we just need to get organized:
1) drawing of the circuit.

We can split to attend different tasks too: gather graphic patterns, textures, track data, etc etc

The circuit is still not finished, here sattelite images of early 2014, track wasn't layed completely (!):

It's a bit difficult to make the kerbs on Inskape, but I've found a way

I can find now hotlaps videos on the internet, but they are a rarity!!! (thanks F1 lawyers)
The F1 2014 game layout for this venue is absolutely not acurate (LOL).

I'm still searching for real footage of the circuit.
