1.0.1RC1: Problem explained FPS x OSD"bug" (couse FPS down)

The change to 66 frames per second is a significant advance, but we have to evaluate some details:
First: In previous versions (ex 1.0.6) players that fixed FPS = 33 obtained an advantage over those who played with FPS free (unlocked). This was clearly seen when playing with T = 0. La tracion in Curves are easier to do with fixed frames.

Now with this new version, the FPS limite is fixed in 66 FPS, and now he have anoter delicate situacion que envolve o OSD.
Explaining ...
On my computer when I play with the OSD visible, my FPS down to around 25-20 del frames per second, seen apparently of LAG ... But with this frame rate the car's turns become easier than with FPS set at 66 or FPS free.
So that is terrible for true compeoantos, couse players who have OSD problem (like me) could be possible benefit
with this down FPS causin easier "gameplay"
So
I have two Sugestions that can resolve this problem...

1 - back of OSD version 97B (with no alpha)...
Couse: You guys of support said to disable alpha OSD etc... but it doenst fixed 'the lag" for all, it doesnt work for me, i still have fps down, with every configure of MRO. So i said to be back the simple with no alpha effects in OSD.

2 - Insert in the LOG of races, SAVE FPS ALL PLAYERS, so the Admins of Champs could observe this variable and make a decicion about the players who has FPS too slow, comparing with others.

Si, cuando los FPS bajan mucho el coche gira más.
Tengo que revisar otra vez porque se produce esto e intentar arreglarlo.
