DRS Bug

Hi there,

I noticed a bug in the new Testversion 1.08 (RC3):

While wet races DRS can't be enabled for the player, but the bots can drive with DRS while rain.

Thanks for alert.

This problem only hapend in no race sesion (qual, practice) in race mode bots can not activate DRS when rain.
I solve it for next version
