Racing Wheel Problem

Hi I have a Sidewinder Precision Racing Wheel.
When I try to play in MRO there is a huge dead zone, then if I turn a little more the wheel, the car turn at maximum speed.
It's like a keyboard, or max turn or nothing, any idea on how to solve?
In the driver configuration it has analogic smooth movements, but in the game became like a keyboard.

Just one more question, if analogic devices aren't supported, how can some players do fastest laps with 0% traction/abs?
