Yes, thats right, THE CHarter. We're getting some people together for an extremely fun oval race. If your competitive on oval tracks, let me know!

Track: Unknown so far, WILL be an oval.
Cars: Whatever you want, we don't care.
Time: Also unknown, but it will in face be August 4th. Hopefully it will be a decent time for all players.
